We use a proprietary square pin matrix combined with four strategically placed water ports to provide high power cooling.

The unit has been revised to accept G-1/4 o-ring type tube fittings to provide an easier to create seal.

Hot and cold plates are constructed of high quality copper for maximum thermal conductivity. Fasteners and mounting bracket are made of stainless steel.

The unit's new revision helps the user to create a condensation barrier by providing a seal plate just above the cold plate neoprene. This seal plate presses the neoprene between itself and the motherboard it is installed in.

Comes complete with neoprene sealing gaskets and stainless steel mounting hardware. (TEC module not included and can be purchased from FrozenCPU)

Comes with easy to understand installation guide. Currently supports sockets Intel 775, 604 & 478, AMD AM2, 939 & 940.
